My first hockey Blog!

Pierre Larouche - 1977 Topps card

Hey hockey fans!

First off, Happy Canada Day! I'm excited about starting this hockey blog. I will be writing on a bunch of hockey related items ranging from hockey cards to forgotten players to interesting facts and stats. I will be sharing some of my card collection here and when I figure out how best to convert some interviews I have from tape to mp3s, I will definitely try to post them here! I had my own sports radio show a couple of years ago and had a chance to speak to a lot of players including Bobby Clarke, Roberto Luongo, and Herb Carnegie (just to name a few.) If there is anything you want to discuss and add to my blog, please feel free to do so. I look forward to blogging!

Thanks,
Brian

P.S. Notice the card above? Pierre Larouche is one my favourite old school players. Before Gretzky came on the scene, Larouche was the youngest player to notch 50 goals in a season. I look forward to sharing more of my collection with you.
